At Protexure Insurance Agency, much like at many other businesses, we have been faced with making decisions on how to operate under these new conditions. ### We want to communicate to you that we are still available if/when you need us. ### Much of our team will be working remotely to protect themselves and their families. At Protexure, the safety and health of our team comes first. That being said, we are fortunate that our business is conducted via the internet and phone, making remote work possible for our team. ### While our team may not be in the office, we are still available to our customers and will continue to offer the same level of customer service you have experienced and expect from us. ### For those currently renewing their policies, we will be conducting business as normal and you will be able to reach our account executives during normal business hours. ### As the situation continues to evolve, so will our approach to conducting business. While we are all impacted by this pandemic differently, our approach will remain the same, to work as a team and put our best foot forward.
